Beautifully designed 45 sqm apartment . With separate access from the front house or the Schlosspark Plaue . Adjacent in the back house is the ceramics workshop , gladly visit :-) , and my living area...150 m through the castle park is the charming , morbid castle and castle tavern right on the lake....All places visible in the photos, can be reached in 5 minutes on foot from the loft.... GREAT LOCATION very charming studio with terrace

Very charming and well-kept studio in perfect city location with the best connection. In the middle of the popular Plagwitz district and yet absolutely quiet in the courtyard building, a former workshop. The house and apartment were carefully renovated and individually furnished with a lot of love for detail. The comfortable studio is open with separate sleeping area, door to the bathroom, spacious living area and private terrace.
