Nice apartment excellent for small groups/couples on holidays (up to 5 people) or business people travelling alone. It has 105 mt2 with living and dining room which have floor to ceiling windows that provide natural light. The kitchen is open to the dining room and it has a chic decoration. Brand new furnished 3 bedrooms flat in the best area of Barranco, close to restaurants, museums, parks, and major roads. Living space of 90m2. We won't share the flat with another group of guests. It's located in a secure building that has Gym, Terrace, S. Pool, and additional areas as a Function room and BBQ (T&C applies). Unfortunately, there are one construction site around and some noise could be expected from 8am to 5pm during weekdays.
