Spacious home located on alpaca farm. Quiet and private, storage space for bikes, ski gear etc. Large open living with living room/dining room/reading area/kitchen and two bedrooms with spacious bathroom. Bathroom has shower only (sorry- large soaking tub is in other apartment, which is adjoining to family apartment). Perfect get-away, rent both sides to sleep 8-10. Fully stocked and supplied. Fresh farm eggs and coffee/tea/hot chocolate/cream included. Collect your own eggs, if you want!

The River Retreat, right off of Hwy 50, is a short 10 minute drive from historical downtown Salida. This beautiful home sits just above the Arkansas River with stairs leading to the private riverfront property. Gold medal fishing, rafting, kayaking and swimming from the back door.
