Just renovated and equipped with every comfort, ideal for two people. The apartment consists of a well-equipped kitchen, bathroom with shower and large bedroom/living room and parking space. On the outside there is a large avenue where there is a large gazebo ideal for relaxing moments admiring the Salento sunsets. References and services: 5 minutes away on foot you can reach the pretty center of the Municipality of Alessano where you can find all the necessary services (groceries, bars, post office, bank, tobacco, pharmacy, wine shop and several places), 3 min. walk to the nearest supermarket.
