Beautiful, separate apartment in the attic in our detached house with beautiful views of the Dreiseen landscape. 200 m to the lake pool. An extensive well-kept hiking network, bike paths and thermal baths invite you to get to know our area. Illmensee is a very good starting point for attractive leisure activities, such as the lake park with foot golf, golf and water skiing, which can be reached in 15 minutes. Ravensburger Spieleland can be reached in about 30 minutes.

You can also leave the car for climbing, as the Schaufelsen is in the immediate vicinity. Canoeing is possible on the Danube & the Danube Cycle Path passes about 500 m from the house. On the large orchard meadow there is space to romp and a great tree house to play in.

A variety of excursions are available from here on the lake or in the nearby mountains. Perfect for all water sports enthusiasts, cyclists or hikers. Our guests are allowed to feel at home with us. A lovingly furnished apartment awaits you. Everything is there to start the vacation right away.

Lake house

Our house is idyllically located directly on the lake with a fantastic view of Switzerland on the Säntis and the Zeppelin city of "Friedrichshafen." For 8 years we have been successful and happy hosts, were allowed to welcome a lot of great people to us, who would also like to book our whole house. That's why we decided to make our whole house available to nice guests from Easter 22.

Ideal starting point for all vacationers who want to vacation in this fantastic Lake Constance and hiking region. There is a natural swimming lake just across the road. Cyclists, families, festival guests - everyone will find something nearby and further afield that makes their heart beat faster. Business travelers will find a good starting point for your activities here.

Situated near the amazing medieval town of Stein am Rhein, only 3 min drive and 8 min walk to the fabulous Lake Constance. One bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a sofa-bed (160 cm) in the lounge. (No door between the two rooms.)
