This peaceful place offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. The cottage has a stay on the first floor that floats in the nature around. Through the doors of the living room you have an enchanted view of the valley with the Pyrenees. The cottage has a bedroom on the ground floor with a double bed and a bedroom with a triple bunk bed. There is a spacious bathroom. There is a private terrace and garden and a games garden and heated pool which are shared with the other two rentals

It is a 3-minute walk from the main entrance to the medieval city of CARCASSONNE (UNESCO World Heritage Site), a 10-minute walk from the city centre and the train station. 1 minute walk from the most beautiful view of the fireworks of July 14.You will find on site a bakery, a grocery store. For swimming, the Cavayère complex at 2 kms is a large relaxation pool with pedalos, children's games and a 2 nd floor catering

The charming village house is only a few seconds walk from the Canal du Midi, in a bustling village that has markets, restaurants and easy access to several beaches. Further afield are many villages and national parks to explore, and Carcassone is less than one hour by road. There are opportunities to browse in French antique shops and markets and to sample local produce and wines. The house can accommodate a family or several couples.

My place is less than 100m from the beach. The sea view is exceptional from the spacious terrace facing south and equipped with a large electric blind. You will appreciate my accommodation for its ideal location very close to shops and restaurants in the city center and yet quiet. A room upstairs can accommodate 3 people . A click in the living room allows 2 extra beds. The bathroom and toilet are separate. There are 2 sun loungers .
