Peace, privacy and breathtaking mountain scenery await you in this comfortable place. Construction, age and history make up its special charisma. The whole house is well maintained, but old. The age is the charm, but also brings with it a scratch, there a dust, some scrolling color and recurring cobwebs. The house was massively renovated in spring 2021 and equipped with a solar system. It is centrally located between Rigi and Rossberg, on foot in - 7 minutes to Arth-Goldau station - 5 minutes to Arth-Rigi-Bahn - 10 minutes to Tierpark Arth-Goldau - 10 minutes to Schuttwald Very good shopping in the village.
