Our two-room apartment is located in a family house in an excellent, very quiet location, right on the 5-river cycle path. The apartment is large and bright and has a 40 sqm large roof terrace. The small kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, pots and pans, spices, vinegar, oil and everything you need for cooking. There are plenty of shops in the immediate vicinity. Close by are also excellent restaurants. Recommendations hang in the kitchen on the bulletin board. Whether it's a trade fair, downtown, Christmas market or train station. In a maximum of 20 minutes, you will be at your destination by bus or S-Bahn. If you need relaxation, walking or jogging, you will find plenty of nature in the surrounding area.

The property is also close to the historic towns of Altdorf, Lauf and Röthenbach, which invite you to explore. Many hiking trails, such as the famous "Fränkische Dünenweg" or the Moritzberg, start right on your doorstep. For children there is a small petting zoo with 2 Cameroon sheep.
