The cottage is about 20 sqm large with small kitchenette (cooker 2 plates and fridge with small freezer compartment) bathroom with shower, sink and toilet, dining table, sofa and bunk bed with 120 cm downstairs and an 80 cm bed upstairs. The cottage is newly built and located next to private residence, has its own patio, with chairs and table, comfortable folding sun loungers, parasols, drying rack and private parking.

Lovely and spacious house directly next to the beach in picturesque Lerberget. A short walk and you are down by the sea and saltwater swimming. Enjoy walks along the beach. You are close to beautiful Kullaberg, golf courses, many varieties for swimming and fishing in Mölle and Skälderviken. Visit Höganäs with ceramics, salt-glazed and the famous market hall. You will find many cozy shops, home shops and nice restaurants. There are plenty of opportunities here - everything from peace and quiet to adventure.

The Beach House - enjoyment at the water's edge

This Beach house is situated directly to the beach with a 180 degree view to Sweden and Kronborg. Great pleasure activities (the sea, the forest, lakes, Kronborg Castle and Søfartsmuseet (Unesco Attraction). You will love this house due to he fabulous sea view, direct assess to the sea and the light. On the other side of the road is the preserved forest Teglstruphegn with large old oak trees. Very romantic. This is a place to be mindfull. Many guests just stay to enjoy the view all seasons.

FIRST ROW TO THE BEACH - Splendid view

Newly renovated nice and cozy 84+10 sqm holiday house in the first row to the beach (Sejrøbugten) directly South facing with sun all day on the terrasse (if shining :)). The house is very bright and get a lot of sunlight due to the south facing panorama windows. The house is the last on small gravel road meaning only one neighbor to the East. To the North and West you will find only fields. Easy accessible, but still VERY isolated away from the crowds. Allergy friendly!

A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees. Beachhouse directly on the beach, 10 meters from the sea. 84,5 sqm. You will love the view! Modern interior. 10 minutes walk to the small harbour Mullerup Havn with a traditional diner. 80 minutes drive to downtown Copenhagen. In the months of July and August, we only rent out the house in 14-day periods.
