Situated in one of the most cosmopolitan neighbourhoods in Australia, it is a vibrant inner-urban community with grand old Art Deco buildings and harbour-side parks. It's walking distance to the city through the Botanic Gardens. Our home is well designed, comfortable, clean, secure and fully equipped with everything you will need. Welcome to our gorgeous apartment in the heart of Sydney's most stylish neighbourhood, Elizabeth Bay/Rushcutters Bay. The apartment is located on the entry level of a secure building, faces north with tranquil garden views. Although very central the apartment is located in a quiet, leafy street. The studio is fashionably decorated and is styled with captivating and dynamic contemporary Australian Indigenous art. Our apartment comfortably fits two people with a real (and comfortable) queen size bed, but can easily accommodate a 3rd guest on the large sofa. On arrival please make yourself at home. I have left a tray with essentials bread, milk, etc or there is a bottle of Australian wine in the fridge. Designed and equipped for Airbnb visitors, the apartment is surrounded by walking streets, shopping, cafes and restaurants in an attractive village style area. The weekend markets are full of organic produce, quirky street shopping & more great coffee! Metro buses & trains are only minutes away, although it's only a short walk to the city and surrounds. The apartment is 5 minutes walk to harbour side, Beare and Rushcutters Bay parks, tennis courts and marina. It is 5 - 15 minutes walk to galleries, and the retail and restaurant precincts of Darlinghurst, Surry Hills, Woolloomooloo and Potts Point. We provide a computer/internet/wi fi/television for use, plus a few notable books and guides that will introduce you to Australian/Sydney life and culture. The kitchen has ample cooking utensils, crockery, cutlery, oven, microwave, large fridge, dishwasher and essential foodstuffs for your visit. Towels and fresh linen are provided and the bathroom is stocked with a variety of toiletries and many handy items to enhance your visit if you should need them. The bathroom includes a washing machine/dryer & hairdryer and powerpoint in the cupboard. There is a very long full length mirror in the hallway. The apartment is comfortable, well appointed, clean and safe. There is also a roof top garden area for views of surrounding regions and embodies an outdoor, more casual roof-top garden atmosphere. You will have the entire apartment to yourselves. We will try to meet you as you arrive to give the grande tour plus leave you the keys. However, my busy academic schedule precludes being available all of the time. I visit the Western Desert regularly. Details will be provided at time of booking. There is one set of keys, two keys to the set. Please leave the keys on the kitchen bench when you leave. We will always be available via phone or email (even when we are outside of Sydney metro region). In the event of an emergency, you will find a list of contact details in the house manual. I'm available on email, text message or by phone (if I'm not in a meeting!). I pride myself on being responsive. Within easy reach of Sydney's cultural attractions, but sheltered in picturesque surroundings, Elizabeth Bay is a relaxed neighbourhood with a wonderful array of boutique shops, noteworthy restaurants, cosy cafes, and organic farmers' markets. The apartment is set in a quiet leafy street in an inner-city area of Sydney, about two kilometres east of the CBD, central to the fashionable suburbs of Potts Point, Elizabeth Bay, Rushcutters Bay, Kings Cross and Darlinghurst. Walk just about everywhere. I prefer to walk everywhere - is the perfect place to start exploring what the city has to offer. Transport options are abundant. Bus stop is located 2 mins from the apartment. Kings cross train station is a short 5min stroll from the studio and there is abundance of taxis around. Plenty of choices! Although designed for the comfort of Airbnb visitors, the small studio apartment is also treated as our home away from home. As my daughter (in New York) and myself (Hawkesbury region on the outskirts of Sydney) frequently stay in Sydney, we have endeavoured to make the space as comfortable and stylish as possible for our stopovers and short breaks. We hope that our guests enjoy it as much as we do. Beach Bungalow Studio with Cozy Patio

This studio style bungalow is located in the heart of Bronte close to public transport, the beautiful beaches of the eastern suburbs (Bondi, Tamarama, Bronte & Clovelly including the world-famous Bondi-Bronte coastal walk!) as well as being a 2min walk to great cafes, restaurants and a supermarket. Fitted out with modern decor & finishes it feels both warm & inviting as well as having a designer feel. In addition, there is under-floor heating ensuring warmth through the cooler winter months, as well as air-conditioning and a fan for the warmer weather. We live on the same property (separate house) and are available for anything our guests may need. We have 2 young active boys so you may occasionally hear them playing but your space is accessed by the rear lane-way and we do not share your living space so it’s very private - all our guests comment on how very quiet it is, which is due to the location on a rear laneway rather than a main road with traffic. The only traffic that enters the lane is for the residents of our street. We leave you to do your own thing, however are very happy to assist whenever required. Bronte is among the most beautiful suburbs of Sydney, with beautiful beaches and parks yet a short drive to the heart of the CBD. Bronte has an array of fabulous cafes, restaurants, and bakeries nearby. The home is also near Bondi Beach. Yes, there is bus transport just a short 2min walk from the bungalow. Car-park right outside the front door (free) - not common in the eastern suburbs of Sydney! Under-floor heating Air-conditioning Easy walk to both Bronte & Clovelly beach as well as fantastic cafes, restaurants and public transport.

Bondi Beach - Couple's Escape

The building itself, is an original build from the Art Deco period (1930’s)and the apartment is light, airy and well appointed. There are 2 frontages. The main on Brighton Boulevarde with our letterboxes and the lower entrance, 2 floors down on Ramsgate Avenue. The view pictured is a location shot taken from the stairwell in the hallway, (not the apartment itself). With just a 100m walk to Bondi Beach, this lovely apartment is perfect for couples or singles wanting an escape from everyday life.

Minutes from city, but in a total bushland peaceful setting, as well as 5 minutes walk to cafes, bars and restaurants of Cammeray Village. Our Quarrymans Cottage is tucked away in the bush, down a driveway behind other properties (then 10 steps) to the cottage - which is level. The cottage is part of our home. It is 100% renovated, but some work continues on our home. it wont impact you, but so you know. (although the driveway you'll see our materials storage.You walk straight passed that.)

My “small” one bedroom apartment is centrally located to every area of the inner city, sprinkled with cafes, parks, bars and restaurants. This 1930's art deco building has a lift and an amazing rooftop terrace with pool and fantastic views of Sydney harbour. If you have an early flight you’re welcome to drop off your luggage earlier and make use of the shower and bathroom in my massage studio next door in 502. This service is also available for luggage storage after check out.

A self-contained, spacious and light-filled studio in beautiful Bronte. This apartment is only a short walk to Bronte beach and just around the block from a small supermarket as well as numerous cafes and restaurants. Coogee and famous Bondi beach are also close-by yet the studio is set in a peaceful location amongst trees. There is a private entrance from the back lane but we live in the house across the garden so are generally available to help with your questions.
