Newly remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on Lake Hamilton w/ a boat slip. You're right on the water in this condo with unobstructed views of the lake. Everything in the unit is brand new. Contemporary furnishings and decor. Two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa. Sleeps 6. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. New flatscreen tvs in living area and master bedroom (both with Roku). Free wifi. Netflix and other channels/apps complimentary. Great pool area for swimming!

Light and open studio cottage right on the water perfect for a relaxing getaway for 2 people, or a getaway for 1 person, not suitable for more because it’s too small. There is a small kitchenette with everything you need except a stove/oven. Please note, there is a steep hill to walk down and walk back up to the parking spot which is under a carport. Also, in the winter months ( Nov-Feb) the Corps of Engineers drops Lake Hamilton 3-6 feet, this yr will be 3 ft….so no water around the seawall

Please note: though this is a ground floor condo their are steps from the parking lot down to the unit. Nicely furnished with a king size bed in the bedroom and a queen size tempur-pedic sofa bed. Two full bathrooms makes this condo sleep 2 couples very comfortably. Well stocked kitchen, fully stocked laundry in Unit, Smart tv's with Hulu Live in both rooms.
