La Casata, is a small newly renovated building with a fairly large living area and kitchen, one bed room and an option for the bathroom as separate WC and shower or one bathroom combined. The Casata and house are within an enclosed area with parking outside. Situated 50 metres from the small hamlet of El Salze looking out to countryside. The pool is approximately 6 x 4 Metres. There are olive trees a vegetable garden and a large formal garden. Walking and cycling routes are beside the house.

Om je een fijn verblijf in deze nog authentiek Spaanse omgeving te bezorgen deel ik graag stukje van Finca Libélula, mijn droom onder de zon. Een aan mijn woning grenzende deel is een vernieuwde zelfstandige casita met 2 slaapkamers, 2 badkamers, zithoek en keuken. Tijdens je verblijf kun je hier genieten van de enorme rust en privacy, de ruime tuin en een privé-zwembad(50m2). Een supermarkt, horeca en bushalte ligt op 400m loopafstand en het strand van La Marina op 5,5 km afstand.
