The holiday apartment is located in the seaside resort of Kölpinsee about 1 km from the beach. It is new and will be rented from June 1, 2024. In the immediate vicinity are some restaurants and shops as well as the train station. On approx. 70 m², a tastefully furnished two-room apartment with balcony awaits its guests. There is a free car parking space in front of the house. The location also offers an ideal starting point for hiking and biking tours to the island hinterland and the Achterwasser.

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. The beach promenade can be reached in 1 minute, and the harbour is about 10 minutes' walk away. From the train station you walk about 30 minutes to us. A bus stop or bike rental is nearby. The parking lot is located directly at the house. The spa fee in the high season is 1.50€/day/adult, otherwise 1.00€.
