Completely renovated, it has a large double bedroom, a living room with a sofa bed, a bathroom, an entrance, and a spacious kitchen area. Cà di Mutti is a 17th-century house located on a hillside in an isolated position, nestled against the forest. The house has been fully renovated with modern finishes and designer furniture while preserving the original stone structure. It features a large garden with a patio, perfect for outdoor dining or relaxation, along with a spacious fire pit. For hiking enthusiasts, the main trails for excursions start right from the house. Accessible via a paved road. Ideal for those seeking peace.

The house has been renovated with the most modern systems and is equipped with solar panels, thermal insulation, and new windows. It is also equipped with a charging station for electric cars.
