Tranquility on the Hill. Ocean views, outdoor bath

Relax with the family at our beautiful new house with stunning views out to Kapiti island, and a relaxing ambience. There is plenty of space here, with 4 bedrooms, (including master with en-suite), and a large, warm, open-plan kitchen/lounge/dining. Lovely outdoor area, including outdoor bath. 'Tranquility on the hill' is situated in a semi-rural area, yet only 10 mins walk from Pukerua Bay station and 15 to beach. Near popular walks. Ideal base for families, not suitable for parties.

Big house with 4 bedrooms + an added extra BDSM dungeon. Featuring : 4 bedrooms, with different configurations available depending on your group, multiple social spaces/living areas and a great outdoor courtyard with fireplace and BBQ PLUS a BDSM room that's far enough from bedrooms that no one will be the wiser (lockable during the day) and with it's own toilet and shower. It is really ideal for workers needing a base while in town, family catch ups, or a pit stop on your way through Wellington to the ferry/airport. Open plan kitchen and lounge area look out into the bush reserve. The lounge has two sets of doors opening up onto decks, so you can enjoy the sunshine, or on cold days keep warm by the cosy log fire.

You will have access to the whole unit – two bedrooms, lounge room, kitchen and bathroom. There are also three private deck areas for your use.
