Duplex located in a quiet and secure complex near shops and restaurants, water park and golf course. The beach is 15 min. on foot, with a beautiful walk along the sea. Opposite the complex there is a small supermarket and the Santa Rosa Sport gym is 10 minutes away. Due to the situation, the car is not essential as there is a bus stop 5 min. from the house, which will connect you to Arrecife capital but if you want to rent one there is free parking in front of the house.

The apartment has just been completely refurbished in May 2018, so that customers will debut both furniture and appliances. It is spacious, comfortable, very bright, facing south, and sunny all day. It has a magnificent terrace, with heated pool and spectacular views of the sea, the promenade and the beach, and two hammocks for private use. A few meters away we have the promenade, the beach, supermarkets, pharmacy, bars, restaurants, surf schools, bus, taxis, banks.
