The apartment consists of three floors with 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms (1 of which is a through room) and an open gallery, open, fully equipped kitchen and living room with dining area. Terrace with barbecue and garden use. Sat-TV, digital radio. Incl. towels, bed linen, central heating. Parking in front of the house. In the middle of the village, only 5 minutes to the lake or train station.

Boutique vacation home opened in May 2024

Our boutique holiday home in Aidling-Riegsee has been open since May 2024. The cottage is new, stylish and very cozy, with fine materials, such as oak-fish-grat parquet, natural stone, high-quality textiles and box spring beds. This makes this cottage something very special. It has two small Kitchen-living room with upholstered seating area, two living rooms with 2 comfortable sofa beds, 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 4 of them. Natural stone shower, green furnished south-west terrace and 2 balconies.

"An der Linde" in Bernried am Starnberger See

Bernried - mehrfach schönstes Dorf Bayerns - liegt am Westufer des Starnberger Sees. Der unter Landschaftsschutz stehende Bernrieder Park (ca. 80 ha) bietet viele Wanderwege und direkte Zugänge zum See. Das kulturelle Angebot (u.a. Buchheim Museum) ist attraktiv. Von Bernried ist man auch mit dem ÖPNV schnell in München und in den Bergen. Unsere Ferienwohnung verbindet Altes und Modernes. Vier Generationen haben in diesem Haus ihre Spuren hinterlassen und machen aus diesem Ort etwas Besonderes.

Holiday apartment ideal for families with kids

Our historic house is located close to a creek and is the perfect place for a break on the beautiful Ammersee. As a young family, we know what it means to go on vacation with small children and lots of luggage. That's why we want to make your stay as pleasant as possible. From our own parking lot, ground-level entrance, crib and baby chair to a stationary changing table, we have placed great importance on things that are also important to us on our own trips.

Idyllic apartment in Upper Bavaria

Apartment in the Alpine foothills on the romantic road near Landsberg am Lech. There is a lot to discover within less than an hour by car from here: the world-famous Munich, the old Reichsstadt Augsburg, Lake Ammersee and Lake Starnberg and the Bavarian Alps with the highest mountain in Germany, the Zugspitze in Garmisch Partenkirchen. Worthwhile excursion destinations are the castles Neuschwanstein and Linderhof, the Andechs Monastery and the Wieskirche.

Fantastic and quiet apartment in Bavaria

Our new apartment is located on the ground floor. It is fully equipped with 54 m². There are in the apartment one bedroom, bathroom a nice dining,- living room with a pull-out sofa bed. The spacious terrace with lounge and seating area can also be used including a large garden with climbing frame for the children. There are many attractions in our area, e.g. Legoland, Steiff Museum. The apartment is not suitable as a mechanic,- worker's apartment.

Small cottage in the countryside

Our little cottage is located in the middle of our horse farm where we also live. Here you live idyllically in nature and yet conveniently located. Quiet walks directly from the farm invite you to forays through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each about 30 minutes away by car) is ideal for exploring the city. The small house has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.
