Full house available 3 minute walk to beach, park and shops. 2 separate living areas so two families can stay together but in separate areas, 1 upstairs with views and 1 ground floor. Cafe's and Tavern 3 min walk with amazing sunsets over the ocean. 4wd areas not far away along with Yanchep national park. Great place to stay if going to a function at Yanchep Caves or just relax as everything is at your doorstep. Space to park a small caravan if required and pet friendly(house trained only).

Includes your own laundry with small washing machine, toilet and shower; and your own little patio with wind-out awning. It's only a 2 minutes walk to the beach and a 12 minutes walk along the beach to the Cafe and Restaurant strip. There is a nice 5 km walking path along the beach with lots of playgrounds, BBQ's and picnic pavilions.

The free BBQ area is amongst huge shady trees with lots of seating plus a children's play ground .The picture is perfect with a couple of cafes and great coffee. Free CAT bus passes close by every 10 minutes all day.
