Located directly at the Arctic Circle with access to the water (Kemijoki), you live in the annex of the main house in a 1 room apartment (23 m²) with its own bathroom. The apartment is 12 minutes drive from the airport and 7 minutes from the center. In the summer you can refresh yourself with a dip in the river Kemijoki. A golf course is nearby. In winter, cross-country ski trail and downhill are only a few minutes away on foot. The outdoor sauna directly on the river can be used for a fee.

The villa is located on a private peninsula. From the windows you can see an unique panoramic view of the lake. The distance to the beach is only 25 meters. You are in complete peace in the middle of nature. It takes only 55 minutes to Rovaniemi City by car on a quiet road (Santa's village) and to Ranua 40 minutes (Ranua Zoo).

Our peaceful remote cabin offers you everyhting you might need to let go off your stress and experince the best in Lapland. Beautiful views, traditional sauna experience, and sitting by the bonfire is included in the price. Good spot to see the northern lights. Summertime is also full of activities, rowning around an island, fishing (lots of pike), berries, nightless nights etc. We are located 25 km from the center of Rovaniemi, in the most amazing spot you can find in the area.

Riverside apartment for a family in Rovaniemi

This bright and beautiful riverside apartment is located 3,9 km from the city center in really nice neighbourhood. There is 4 supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria eg. in walking distance (700 meters) Airport is 7,6 km away. Santa Claus 7 km. Apartment is 86 m2 and there is two separate bedrooms. One with double bed (160x200cm) and one with fold out sofa for one adult or two children. Fully equipped modern kitchen and living room are combined together. The apartment has a sauna.

Villa Salmijärvi

Relax with the whole family in a peaceful Villa. Sleeps 8, one on the floor level and one baby bed. You are almost downtown, but nature is present. The restrained interior creates a peaceful ambiance. As the lake freezes, you can go and enjoy the wonders of winter from your own yard to the ice, walking or skiing and down the hill. Accommodation is on two floors, both have their own toilets, so this is suitable for shared accommodation. Double beds at the top.

Atmospheric house on the banks of the Kemijoki River

On the scenic Kemijoki shoreline from Rovaniemi, about an hour drive, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. 75 m2 cottage with all amenities, two bedrooms, kitchen-living room, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. Near the cottage there is a (approx. 700 m) beach. Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking, hunting and camping. There is a boat landing point about 1.2 km away.

Traditional Finnish cottage

This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.
