Naturhaus Altmühltal

Our nature house consists entirely of natural building materials and uses the synergy effects of radiant heat and solar energy. The untreated wood is constructed according to the system of Bio-Solar-Haus, whereby no paint or other preservatives were processed. The solid wood floors throughout the house are oiled. In addition to natural wood such as stone pine and oak, other natural materials such as natural stone from the region (Jura marble) have been processed. The construction of the Bio-Solar house allows a natural air circulation and thus dispenses with the disadvantages of ventilation systems. There are no convection formed due to a built-ceiling and wall radiant heating.Through the house-in-house system (without vapor barrier), the water vapor can diffuse freely to the outside, causing no condensation and mold. Given the low heating energy demand in the house and the use of solar radiation, no fossil fuels are needed. Solar energy is the main energy source, only in winter can be heated if necessary with the wood stove. Service we are happy to bring you fresh, crispy and wholesome bread rolls from a BIO-bakery from our region.

Hallo, meine Ferienwohnungen sind 2018 sehr hochwertig saniert und 2019 liebevoll eingerichtet worden. Sie liegen nur 250 m von der Reha-Klinik entfernt. Die Wohnungen sind sehr zentral gelegen und nach 100 m erreichen Sie die Touristeninformation. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ausreichend vorhanden. Die Umgebung lädt zum Wandern, Golfen, Radfahren und zahlreichen anderen Aktivitäten ein. Besuchen Sie beispielsweise das Kloster Neresheim oder erleben Sie eine gemütliche Fahrt mit der Bimmelbahn.

This cozy place will spend a great time. The layout of the rooms and the lovingly selected furnishings contribute to well-being. Regensburg with cathedral and historic old town, art and culture is just as close as Kelheim with Liberation Hall, Danube breakthrough and Weltenburg Monastery.
