It is close to one of the most famous lakes of Bavaria called Staffelsee, half hour away from the tallest mountain in Germany called Zugspitze and only 45 minutes away from Munich. THE LANDHAUSVILLA offers with its 480qm a lot of space for you, your family and friends. A lot of light and a pleasant ambience awaits you as well as a breathtaking view of the Alps. The living room pampers you with a fireplace and a lot of living space of about 40sqm. The dining room with its 38sqm and large dining table can accommodate at least 12 people. The kitchen is comfortably equipped and invites you to cook together. There is a 2000sqm garden at your disposal.

We rent our beautiful DESIGN HOUSE in Dießen am Ammersee. The house, which was extensively renovated in 2016 and very lovingly furnished with many original design classics (e.g. Vitra, Knoll, Moormann, Artemide, Fermob, etc.) and the beautiful garden are at your disposal. It is located in a seaside rural location, sunny in a large idyllic garden with old trees, which borders in the south on a pasture with stream and chapel. Hiking trails are right outside the door.

The charming - in 2022 - completly renovated house is situated in the Top-Location of Bregenz with an overview to the Lake Constance and the City of Bregenz. The house offers with its 180m2 4 sleeping rooms, 2 bathroom & WC, 1 guest WC and a spacious Living & Cooking area. There are also 2 balconies with lakeview available and your garden-area. For business trips we offer WiFi with 300Mbit, working space, parking and charging for your E-Car (at extra costs).

If you like sports, you can let off steam in the Bangerpark, the largest freestyle park, or watch the top athletes training from the balcony of the villa. A hot tub is also available to our guests upon request.
