The living room has a projector.You can enjoy dynamic footage on the screen. The bedroom is a bed made by Simmons, two rooms with one queen bed and four single beds. This is the largest ocean view unit in the building, Gem base in Suma.(Room No. 1) During the summer swimming season (July and August), the sea house opens and the BBQ restaurant next door will be lively until about 21 o'clock at night. Because the railroad is near, you will hear the sound of the train driving. Paid parking is not available onsite, so pay parking is available nearby. The interior is the main accommodation room on the second floor, and the first floor is a large free space (with a sofa bed) that can be used freely, not only for couples and friends, but also from families with small children to business travelers. A vacation home on Awaji Island where people loved art and sea play that I met on the edge.The house was built on a hill overlooking the sea in a villa called Richland. From there, you'll have a panoramic view of Harima Beach, and depending on the season, you'll be able to watch the sunset.As soon as I entered the house, I loved the feeling of the former landlord enjoying and using it at first sight.I was given to this villa that was sold because I was no longer using it, and it took about two years to renovate it with DIYWhile retaining the beauty of the original building, I was politely renovated to fit the style of my trip this time. We are happy if you can relax and enjoy your stay on Awaji Island while gazing at the sea and the sky.
