Enjoy this 182 sqm lovely 4-story villa right by the sea! What is unique about the villa is large surfaces & place for 3 families. 3 bedrooms (7 crib & 2 cribs) 1 bathroom, & 2 toilets. The house has 2 high chairs & very other that make it easier for families with families with children. Only 10 minutes walk to Smögenbryggan, shopping, swimming areas, restaurants, grocery store& located on quiet street. Glazed patio with sea view & large back with dining area. Parties/high volume are not allowed with respect to neighbors. Welcome, welcome.

Charming 30s villa in protected private location with beach property. The house is beautifully located on Rörbäckskilen with patio right on the water. As a guest, you can borrow: * Rowing boat, 4m * Kayak * 4 st SUP BOARDS Here you enjoy the silence and the nature! The house is fully equipped and furnished. Great fiber internet connection. The style is mixed from the 30s onwards However, the house was completely renovated in the 1990s and has been used sparingly ever since. We are happy to host monthly or longer. At least weekly.

Modern, newly built villa that was ready in 2021! Here you live with 2,8 km to the coastal gem Hunnebostrand & its cozy community with its shops, harbors & wonderful swimming areas. The residence is located between two stables on a quiet street with little traffic. Countryside location with beautiful nature around. If you want to hike or bike, there is Sotelden next door & to Ramsvikslandets nature reserve, it is 9.2 km. To cozy Kungshamn, Smögen, Bovallstrand & Fjällbacka, you can quickly get there by car.

Lovely and spacious country house in the picturesque fishing village of Grebbestad on the west coast of Sweden. Sea view, two large terassases & a large lawn for recreation and play. Close to the sea (400 m) with jetty and small beach. Beautiful surroundings. 5 min by car to the village (25 min walk) with several nice restaurants. Large and bright villa with wonderful terrace.

Upplev Smögen i denna villa med stora utrymmen och underbar terass med sol hela dagen. Plats för att äta, grilla och sola. Badmöjlighet inom 100 m och till barnvänligt bad ca 10min gångväg. Den kända Smögenbryggan ligger endast 20min bort och mataffären ca 5min, allt inom gångavstånd. Huset har 4 sovrum på övervåningen och där finns ett duschrum och toa. Entreplanet har en öppen planlösning med stort kök, ett badrum, matplats, olika sittplatser och dörr mot terassen.

Nice and bright villa in Kyrkesund. Plenty of room and well-equipped. Close to, 400 meters, to child-friendly swimming area. Take the ferry over to Härön for nice walks and rock baths. Visit the amazing art exhibition Sculpture in Pilane, about 5 km by car or 4 km walk. Hike along the coast or visit cosy Björholmen or Skärhamn. Good location if you want to fish trout or why not to lobster fishing.
