The atmosphere is special and the smell of lilacs is beautiful. The apartment has an end location on the ground floor, and has a west facing terrace with stairs to a cozy garden spot. From the balcony there is both ocean view and overlooking the marina. The apartment is a well functioning small kitchen and an authentic bathroom with toilet and shower. Welcome!

The cabin is located by Heivannet with a child-friendly beach and close to Solvika restaurant. Here you have a great starting point for an active cabin life, with good hiking opportunities nearby, cross country skiing in winter time and a lot of cosiness in the water with kayak or boat in summer time. It takes about 20 minutes to drive to Høyt&Lavt Vestfold climbing park. The cabin has a new, well-equipped open plan kitchen with living room.

Dere kan gjerne bruke bålpanne og grill. Her kan dere nyte solen til siste slutt. 20 min gange til Porsgrunn sentrum (5 min i bil) og 10 minutter med bil til flere badesteder. Kjøkkenet er utstyrt med alt dere skulle trenge. Ønsker i hovedsak å leie ut til familier.

Lovely view of the sea from a large terrace with sun until late at night. Nice for 2 adults and 2 children. One bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and the other with a bed (120x200) and smaller bed 160x70. Private parking lot at carport. Modern apartment with own entrance.

Great and very spacious (323 sqm) holiday home with panoramic views over the entrance to Risør! Located close to the center and sea, as well as very short way to great hiking terrain in Urheia. The house has all amenities such as garden with trampoline, bathtub, ice cube maker, coffee machine, two living rooms, great patios with views and charger for electric car.
