Nøset - skipper house from 1743

Charming little thatched holiday home with room for 4. The ceiling is low (176-183 cm and a little less under the beams). Cozy living room with dining and sofa space. Own small kitchen with access to small courtyard. Ommel is a quiet charming village, in Marstal parish, with 2 small harbors. It is about 3 km to Marstal itself with shopping, cafes, buses, etc. The house is Ommel's oldest and is just 450 meters from a lovely beach. Both the archipelago path and bike routes start close by and buses are free on the island.

With Øhavstien running directly through and Nevrestien starting in Kragnæs and with the 4 km to Marstal or 6 km to Ærøskøbing, there is ample opportunity for walks and excursions on foot or by bike. The house is stylishly renovated, with respect for the history of the house. It has a lovely garden with a terrace and fire pit.

Here are good opportunities for beach fishing or bathing. The house has a seating area and a nice large terrace where you can enjoy the sun all day. Sauna and spa for cold days. The area offers Langelandsfort, wild horses, stone nozzles, Bronze Age mounds, small 400 m from the house is Langelands Golf Course or Langelands Lystfiskersø.

Unique 30m2 Tiny House by the lake.

Cozy annexe, situated beautifully at Ollerup lake. The annex was built in 2021 with raw brick walls and wooden ceilings, which gives a very special atmosphere. The garden is nicely enclosed and with a cozy, undisturbed sun terrace on the west side of the house. From the living room there are panoramic views to the water. Two regular bedrooms and the charming bathroom are with shower and underfloor heating. Only 100 m to the beach and right by the hiking and biking trails.

The sculpture garden invites you to relax, also a swing and sandbox for your youngest. You will surely watch the four horses on the paddock. The island is ideally suited for "decelerating". Small townhouse from 1811 right by the square and the church in Ærøskøbing. Walking distance to everything in the city – ferry, shops, restaurants, beach etc. You have the house to yourselves and can use everything in the house. No TV. Free wifi. In the summer, Ærøskøbing is closed for car driving. So until September 1 guests can not drive in by car unfortunately, but there is free parking space 2 minutes walk from the house.
