Within 5 minutes walk there is a beach, shops, restaurants and nice green areas. Great communication to KAU, Färjestad's racetrack and Löfbergs Lila Arena. In the apartment there is a double bed, TV, table with chairs and kitchenette with fridge, freezer compartment, hot plates and kitchen equipment. Bathroom with shower, toilet and washing machine. Parking is free, and wifi is available.

Free wifi, hot tub, 3 meters from water, quiet and nice, close to nature, dishwasher, washing machine, terrace, private parking, shower and toilet, fireplace, floor heating and everything is newly renovated in 2020. Bed linen and towels should be brought yourself. Cleaning should be done before checking out and should be thoroughly done eg vacuum, dry the floors, dust-dry bathrooms and kitchens. You leave the house as it was when you arrived. Rowing boat is included in the cabin. You need to clean the house before you leave.

Barbecue available. 80 meters to Lekvatten lake and sandy beach you just walk across the road and you'll be there. Plan the lawn in front of the house if you want to play croquet or cube. Cozy annex with its own veranda just behind the house that can accommodate 6 guests. NOTE: IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO CHARGE ELECTRIC CAR IN THE PREMISES POWER OUTLETS.

Surrounded by hundreds of birch trees, this large villa is peacefully located, in the heart of Värmland. The house is located on a large nature plot, and has a modern standard and plenty of space. It’s a log cabin with modern comforts: fiber (fast!) internet, zen bathroom w/ tub, clean-burning wood stove, full kitchen, and a charger for electric cars (type 2). Gaze out at the lake from the hanging “egg” chairs on the porch and grill in the afternoon sun on the back patio. It’s a short stroll to our shared private dock.
