This newly built villa (2023) is in a serene and child-friendly area. Direct connection to hiking trails leading to natural areas and ancient castles such as Jordtorpsåsen and Gråborg. But also close to beaches, swimming and sea. The house is centrally located on Öland and has about 5km to both the west and east coast, 3km to the grocery store, 5km to Färjestaden and about 20km to Kalmar. A fully equipped house with two toilets, three bedrooms, a kitchen and living room with a sofa bed and a large lovely patio. Wi-Fi is available.

Cozy cottage right on the waterfront. With electricity but no running water. Simple kitchen with equipment for a family. Cooking is done on a bench stove or grill outside. Bedroom with 3 beds and sofa bed in the all room. Duvets and pillows are available, own bedding is included. Outhouse right next to the cabin. Boat is available to borrow. Fishing licenses are purchased at the nearest grocery store. Municipal swimming area only 200 meters from the cabin. Only 5 km to the nearest grocery store and 20 km to Vimmerby.

Welcome to Djurstad! Our house from the late 1800s has plenty of room for the whole family and a large garden, which you share with us owners, with room to relax and play for the children. Eggs &vegetables can be bought after access. On the property, there are chickens, dogs, and calves. It has lovely walking paths and the sea just 900 m away. Relax with the whole family in this peaceful home with the sea as a neighbor. Approximately 300 meters to the swimming area. Lovely nature to stay in if you want to go out and move on. Discover the nice Örarev in Fulvik just 4.2 km away, as well as a nice and larger swimming area/beach. Möre golf club only 5km. If you want to go to the summer town of Kalmar and Öland, it is only about a 30 minute drive. Pets are welcome.
