Our house is in the heart of Hallstatt. The famous lake-street is in 1 minute walking distance, yet it is a very silent place to live in. The kitchen is fully equipped. The balcony is a real treat for summer nights viewing the silent lake. There is one master bedroom and and additional bedroom with 2 single beds (bunk bed). There is no need for a vehicle in town since everything is in walking or hiking distance (marketplace, shopping, ossuary of the chatholic church). A TV is available.

Traditional, newly renovated Ausseer house which is only a few meters about 5-10 minutes walk from the shore of Lake Grundlsee. From the house you have a beautiful picturesque view of the lake and the massive mountains. On the sun terrace or in the sauna you can end the day comfortably. Sufficient space for up to 8 people. Directly from the house there are numerous hiking trails and mountain bike trails and the nearest ski area in winter is only a few kilometers away.

The home is situated in the heart of the village a short walk from the ski shop, nursery ski slope and all the restaurants. The main ski slope is only a five minute walk from the front door. There is a large open plan living space kitchen dinner living room. The home was designed by combining two apartments into one creating a 220 sq m of lateral space. Our 85m2 holiday home consists of a large living, kitchen and dining area on the ground floor, as well as 2 double bedrooms with private shower rooms on the first floor. Our holiday home is built in 2017. It is bright, spacious, cozy and well equipped. Each bedroom has its own bathroom - TV/Sat is available in every room. Washing machine and tumble dryer is also available. Internet access via WLAN is a matter of course.
