2 lovely rooms in old town house

Situated in one of Salzburgs oldest areas, our 300 yr old house is central enough to reach old town in 10 min by foot. A bakery sits on our doorstep. The apartment has a living/bedroom and a room with small kitchen/dining area, and a small bathroom with shower. The WC is situated across the hallway, ca 3m from the entrance to your flat-only to be used by you. You are very welcome to use our large garden. We are also happy to lend you a bicycle (5€) or a tandem-the best way to explore Salzburg.

Quiet, cosy furnished holiday apartment

The holiday apartment is on the 2nd floor of our house, has about 45m and consists of, kitchen/living room, bedroom, bathroom with shower tub, storage room, wardrobe, 2 balconies. Very quiet location amidst the greenery, a car is recommended. Living room and bedroom are plastered with clay, this leads to a pleasant indoor climate. The apartment was completely rebuilt in 2008 and has underfloor heating. Suitable for 2 persons, possibly 3, 3rd bed is a sofa bed in the living area.

We have a small but nice apartment in a very quiet local residential area of Oberndorf newly renovated, and for you pretty and practical furnishings. Ideal location for skiing and hiking. The ski area St.Johann, Kitzbühel is easily accessible. Due to the separate entrance since it is completely independent. There is also a parking space and Wi-Fi. Ideal for 2 people with 1 bedroom and for 4.Pers. there is also a pull-out couch in the kitchen
