The 50sqm apartment was put together with a lot of love to detail. The main living area has a fully equiped kitchen, a dinning area and a sleeper sofa. The bedroom and bath are seperate from the living area. Outside there is a terrace with a view on to the mountains. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood, approximately 10 minutes walking distance to the village, 3 minutes to the ski-jumping stadium and 7 minutes to the Nebelhorn Ski Lift. There is enough space for skis, bikes, etc.

Sägemühle Eschachthal apartment, Kreuzbach

The house was originally an oil mill, later a sawmill before it sank into slumber for the last decades. In 2018, the core renovation and conversion into a residential building took place. Fortunately, the character of the old saw could be preserved in particular by the reconditioned visible beams. The house is located at an altitude of 900m, so the climate is a bit rougher, but still very sunny in the summer. The location on the Eschach, which invites you to swim in the summer, is special.

In our apartment you can have a wonderful relaxing holiday. We are quiet but very central. Shops, swimming pool, Zugspitz train station, bus stop, cross-country ski trail and most beautiful hiking trails are within walking distance. The apartment is furnished with old wood and modern furniture by us with great attention to detail and with bedroom, living room, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony it offers enough space for up to 4 people. The mountain view is breathtaking.
