The Boathouse

The Boathouse is situated in Lake View Estate, a gated community, for your peace of mind. Accomodation sleeps 2 or 4 utilising our comfy sofa bed. Estate is a few minutes drive from Mangawhai Village. Facilities include a swimming pool over summer (we provide pool towels), tennis court (we provide racquets and balls). There is a lake with walking tracks and a children’s playground. View of Mangawhai estuary and awesome sand dune can be seen from the property’s driveway and on Lake View walks.

Dining can be inside however with the most breathtaking views overlooking Mangawhai, you would want to be on the decks. Dishwasher, Air-conditioning and a well stocked kitchen should you wish to stay in. The house is very secluded and private. You’ll love our place it's peaceful and private. You'll find it's been recently refurbished and is a very tidy self contained guest house with rural views from your back deck, the sea views can seen from the front of the units driveway. We are in a quiet and safe area, a great base to explore the Bay of Islands. Swimming beach within walking distance. Perfect for couples and solo adventurers. Everything supplied, complete kitchen, bbq, linen, etc just bring yourself and your personal affects.

Relax and enjoy the peace and quiet in lush tropical gardens while having fun in the family sized pool. Under cover Alfresco dining and BBQ area, plenty of room for everyone to enjoy the outdoors A nice view to the estuary and a track down to the water where you can paddle board, kayak. We have 3 bedrooms 2 x king beds and 1 x queen with a small sofa bed suitable for smaller sized people. All amenties close by Everyone that comes here loves it. with 5 star reviews!
