Large studio apartment on beautifully situated small holding surrounded by forest. Private decking with lovely views and direct access to the forest. Recently been re-decorated and features log burner (seasoned wood supplied), induction hob, oven, washing machine, fridge and freezer. Plenty to parking and undercover storage space for bicycles etc. Watch the deer from the windows! The nearest pub is 10 minute walk and there are 3 other pubs within 3 mile radius including the Royal Oak at Fritham

Beautiful Countryside Home. A gorgeous place to stay with family & friends. A beautifully proportioned and sunny 4 bedroom house with a stylish design. It has a stunning entrance hall, huge open plan kitchen and a utility room. Two bedrooms have their own ensuite. There is fantastic walking around, lovely pubs and great places nearby to visit including Salisbury, Stonehenge, Longleat Safari park, many historical sites and beaches within the hour. Enjoy the sounds of nature when you wake up in our pine clad eco lodge. It has a fully fenced garden. Watch the sunrise over the downland with the village of Godshill and its church spire in the foreground.Take a short walk to the wildlife pond and ancient woodland within the grounds or sit on the sheltered veranda and watch the ponies grazing in the paddock, whatever the weather inside with the wood burning stove alight looking out, the view is spectacular. Pygmy goats graze in the orchard.

My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets). Its close to River Cottage HQ, Lyme Regis and the Jurassic coast. We welcome dogs and are happy to have them staying with a fee of 10 pounds per dog for the entire booking. The house is in the middle of beautiful Devon countryside, on 100 acres of land not far from a small town. There are good pubs nearby and the house is a mile from the Bear Trail. Only 7 minutes drive to the National Trust's Killerton House. The Nearest station is Tiverton Parkway, 10 minutes drive. Only 25 minutes drive from the centre of Exeter. One of the UKs most attractive cities. The nearest beach is at least 40 minutes away so this location is not suitable for a beach holiday.
