The on-site folding bed can be placed in winter garden. 1st floor: living room with sofa, TV, desk, sofa bed (160x195cm) and 2 armchairs which can be converted into a bed (105x193cm).

Enjoy your vacation in our vacation home and get to know a slice of Leipzig's New Zealand. From our apartment it is about a 10-minute walk to Lake Kulkwitz with several swimming beaches, restaurants of a water ski resort, sauna, and a high rope garden. Boat trips and dives are also possible. In the immediate vicinity, the tram will take you directly to the centre of Leipzig. There are several shopping facilities on site. Your relaxing holiday can now begin.

Distance to the central station and the city center only 5 min. by tram or 20 min. on foot, a tram station is just outside the door. Various shops, restaurants and bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity. You live in my fully equipped, private apartment where you can use everything. The balcony invites you in the warm season for breakfast or a glass of wine.
