Our 3-bedroom private home is located at the heart of Wellington's vibrant and trendy suburb of Newtown. This home is superbly located 10 mins drive/taxi from Airport, 5 min drive to the city centre for all the amazing sites. We recommend walking to the Zoo or climbing Mt Vic for stunning 360-degree views. Our home is ideal for international visitors, family and professional work trips.

Modern studio with spa, in great location

This is a modern self contained studio with luxury spa pool situated in a great location. Right next to a park, on a main bus line, and 7mins drive to the city. The studio is on the front of the main house on the section, underneath a double garage with easy access via either; a short ramp (with one step), or via a second access with 12 stairs. Comes with 1x queen bed and can have 2x single trundler beds +/- a porta cot added (must request on booking to ensure extra beds can be set up).

Our BnB is homely, a little quirky & best suited to those who travel relatively light. Self service breakfast is included. There are 2 spaces (bedroom ± separate kitchen/bathroom) a few steps apart & linked by a covered walkway. The cosy bedroom has a queen size bed, desk for work or eating, good WiFi & comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking & the bathroom has a great shower. The nook outside the bedroom is perfect for a morning coffee.
