The glasshouse is an architecturally designed garden residence, maximising passive solar gain, just 5 mins from city. There is wood heating, electric/gas heaters and air cons in rooms. Free on/off street parking, Wifi, smart tv, well equipped kitchen with pantry staples. Childrens toys, high chair, stroller, a large deck, and Weber BBQ etc. This private double glazed, north facing glasshouse is in a leafy heritage street with superb mountain views. Its a supremely sunny, warm light-filled home.

A five minute walk to the New Town shopping centre with all conveniences. Bus stop to/ from city around the corner. Comfortable, well equipped unit with TV, modern bathroom, heat pump, full kitchen with eat in dining area & WiFi. Unit is on ground floor of house. One bedroom has a queen size bed. The second bedroom has a double bed with single bed bunk over.

Built in 2018 to be a luxuriously comfortable, peaceful haven for your Hobart explorations, our studio has a kitchenette with stovetop, microwave and fridge, quality furniture, linen and appliances, and a very comfy bed. We're a 7-min drive to the CBD and 10 to MONA, buses aren’t very regular so a car is recommended, but Ubers to the are very affordable. We also have a riverside reserve 3min walk away.
