If you seek rustic solitude, you'll love the cozy woodland cabin, a pine-paneled one-room cabin nestled in a meadow surrounded by forest and fields, +/- 2 blocks from the house and road. Weather permitting, vehicles can drive to the cabin. Cabin has electricity and heat, but NO running water. Outhouse behind cabin has a new Nature's Head composting toilet. Guests may shower in a private bathroom in the main house. Breakfast included. This is "glamping" at its most comfortable and private.

Tranquil, private, cozy home with a beautiful view on a historic country road. Very close and easy access to many activities and services. Including skiing/adventure park at Mt. Sunapee- 6mi; Pats Peak ski area:-12mi; snowmobile trails right outside the door; many hiking/snowshoeing trails just steps outside the door or just a short drive. There are several lakes in the area with public access including the biggest, Lake Sunapee. A lovely, relaxing and beautiful place to stay any time of year.

Cozy 1950's vintage camper has been lovingly restored, has running water, electricity, gas cook top, ice box. Set not far from our house and farm buildings but has total privacy. Enjoy a campfire, look out over the pastures, fish pond and gardens. Hike right from our yard to the top of Bear Mountain and Newfound Lake. We have goats and chickens, large vegetable gardens and berries to pick in season. Visit our genuine outhouse and enjoy the outdoor shower. Firewood, eggs and homemade bread!
