The location is very central in Gelsenkirchen, so you can reach your destinations in no time, including the Veltins Arena with public transport in under 30 min or the city center on foot in 5 min. This stylish accommodation is perfect for private individuals as well as for trade fair trips. Adults and children enjoy a piece of real nature between two big cities. Everyone can end the evening after a round of sports (sports hall, basketball court and play barn with trampoline and zipline/slide) around the campfire overlooking the lake. The outdoor pool is located in the large communal garden and is used by all of us.

Diese Unterkunft ist wirklich einzigartig. Erleben Sie es selbst! ☺️ Der Ort des Stellplatzes kann gerne auf Wunsch getauscht werden und individuell abgesprochen werden. Vom aktuellen Stellplatz kann man am Rhein entlang, bis zur Altstadt oder Innenstadt spazieren (ca. 10min) zu Fuß.

The attic apartment (52 m²) with a living room, a bedroom with double bed (1.80m), a kitchen with plenty of space and a bathroom with shower and toilet is accessible via a separate entrance. From the bedroom and living room you can be seen ships passing by on the river Rhine.

Our apartment is ideally located in the centrally located Dormagen Stürzelberg. In 30 minutes you can reach Cologne, in 20 minutes Düsseldorf and in 15 minutes Neuss. The apartment is modernly equipped and is located directly on the Rhine with many parking spaces.
