Easy access to everything from this perfectly located base in Næstved. Less than 1 km to city center and station. 300m to Næstved Arena, stadium and high school. Small annex with sofa and TV, dining table and 2 chairs, the kitchen, private bathroom, bedroom on the lower floor with double bed 140x200. Private enclosed terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Not suitable for bad walking or small children, due to steep stairs. Private entrance through the garden. Separate annex at our countryproperty with a lot of privacy for you. Our place is close to forest and beach. You have the possibility to rent bikes and kayaks nearby. There is 7 km to the cozy town of Præstø with several restaurants, including Frederiksminde (With a Michelin star) sited by the waterfront. 50 minuttes by car to Stevns Klint (UNESCO World Heritage Site) and to Møns Klint too. Cozy cottage.

Small but cozy, farmhouse on idyllic Fejø is rented as a holiday home. The house is equipped with all necessary gear, but it is not a "de-luxe" house. Especially note that there is no wifi, just as the house is mainly equipped with older furniture and old flea finds. There is also no heat pump, underfloor heating or other new-fashioned amenities, so if you are at high comfort, the house here is absolutely nothing for you: -) It's also freezing cold in the winter!

Our guest house is situated only 100m from Holbæk Fjord by a little lake surrounded by trees. When you live in the house you are close to nature, with easy access to the Fjord. The fjord is often used for water sports. Bicycle- and walking routes makes it easy to take tours, and with a short distance to the center of Holbæk (5 km) you can easily experience the town. Because of the lake, just in front of the guesthouse, it is not suitable for smaller children.

Quiet, child-friendly environment. Large grounds, with trampoline and outdoor fireplace. Renovated in the last 4 years. We have just upgraded the terrace with several m2. There is a 3 person canoe for use. 2 km to child-friendly beach, shopping options and mini golf course, as well as several good restaurants. Lovely harbor environment. The house is 81 m2. Charming little house in peaceful countryside surroundings, overlooking lake from the living room. Includes kitchen/living room with sofa bed, bedroom sleeps 2, bathroom and hallway. Small separate garden with secluded terrace. Dogs allowed, however, max 2 pcs. Can by appointment run loose on the entire property. Smoking in the house is not allowed but must be outdoors.
