From the porch you'll take in breathtaking sunrises, dolphins swimming, pelicans cruising, & during peak season there is a full fireworks display every Thursday night. It's a 5 minute walk to the Ocean Grill and Tiki Bar, 1.2 miles to the Carolina Beach boardwalk, & 1.5 miles to Kure Beach Pier. For the active type, rent a 19' center console or launch your paddle board into Page's creek and explore the endless marshes and the Intracoastal Waterway, all less than a mile away. This charming home is newly renovated with a focus on maximum comfort and modern amenities for our guests to enjoy. We are kid friendly. The third bedroom includes a tv and couch for the kids to have their own space.

Home Away From Home

Our home is a block away from all the action in town however we're secluded, private and right across from the lake. We're within walking distance of anything you need. It’s a 5-8 minute walk to the beach depending on what your carrying ie. kids, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, etc. and we do offer a beach cart to help with this process. Walking or jogging around the lake is great exercise. One lap around is 2/3 mile. Kayaks and paddle boats are available to rent at the lake.

Explore the surrounding waters from the private dock on the paddle boards and tandem kayaks included with your stay. Close beach access just 2 minute walk, with optional parking area. Outdoor shower makes it fun to come back home after a day at the beach, and you'll love relaxing on the back deck to take in those famous Topsail sunsets.

Fishing this winter has been 🔥! Pick your adventure in this 1-of-a-kind cottage on the Masonboro Island Estuarine Reserve. Get your SUP or kayak ‘on’ and in just a 300m paddle (5 min) you can be lounging on one of the dozens of secluded tiny islands off our dock. Make the ~20 min paddle to experience the unspoilt beauty of Masonboro Island’s pristine, 9 mile white sand beach. Or chill on the dock and take in the jaw dropping views with a glass of wine.
