We rent a lovingly renovated, dreamlike apartment with huge terrace, sauna, fireplace, tub, hammock and much more. Perfect for couples. The house from 1913 is located in the idyllic and dreamy Baltic Sea resort Rerik in a unique location between the Baltic Sea and Salzhaff. It is 200m to the beach, so you can already smell the sea and hear the seagulls at breakfast on the terrace. The apartment does NOT have a TV and an open bathroom without a door. If you don't like that, don't book ;-)

2-room apartment Dünengarten WG 11

Our beautiful modern app is located in the holiday complex Dünengarten with direct private beach access. The shared apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area and access to one of the terraces. In the cozy living room with pull-out box spring couch, you can also comfortably sleep 2 people. The bathroom is equipped with a shower/toilet. From the large bedroom with box spring bed and smart TV, you can reach the sun terrace with sun loungers. The app is our favorite place.

Our exclusive holiday apartment Wellenfunkeln is the ideal place for your Baltic Sea dream holiday. It has a light-filled modern and stylishly furnished penthouse apartment with 2 balconies and a direct view of the lake. The 72m² apartment, completed in 2019, is located on the 2nd floor/attic in the newly built apartment villa "Strandperle" with a total of 7 residential units and is only about 200m from the beach.

Vacation rental directly on the beach, sea & promenade

The quiet 56 square meter apartment with underfloor heating is located directly on the promenade, which invites you to stroll, drink coffee and enjoy wonderful food. The lighthouse or beach takes about 1 -2 min walk. The vacation home with a modern bathroom and full household equipment offers a double bed and a sleeping couch for up to 4 people, a cot can be added if needed. Bed linen, towels are included.

Off to the Müritz - together with friends & family

Two decks above the things owner-occupied apartments in the best harbor location with unobstructed views of the Müritz with a surrounding balcony - from sunrise to sunset, no sunshine is lost. The beach outside the door, rent a boat in the adjacent harbour, kayak through the lake landscape or bike hiking in the Müritz National Park ... so a perfect "feel-good base".

Strandhaus Somerset

Our exclusive holiday home Somerset is located in about 350 m as the crow flies within walking distance of the beautiful Baltic Sea beach. The house was built in solid construction in 2019 and stretches over 3 floors incl. Underfloor heating, on about 90 m ² of living space. The bright and friendly maritime-style house has enough space for max. 6 to sleep.

Vacation home Nemo apartment 4 "Marlin"

The apartment house Nemo is a newly built house. We have designed 6 apartments in it that are ideal for families. Apartment 4 “Marlin” is approx. 70 m² in size and is located on the 1st floor. It has a living room in which a kitchen with dining area is cleverly integrated, a large balcony, two separate bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and a storage room.

Seaside Baltic Sea Coast

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on the wonderful Baltic Sea coast just 150 meters from the beach. The place is located at Radweg between Kühlungsborn and Warnemünde. There is a park in front of the apartment with a small playground. The two balconies invite you to relax and enjoy the sunset. The view reaches to the Baltic Sea.
