The hilltop cottage by the forest

Right on the water lily pond, with forest edge on one side & fields to the other, rests our beautiful "Hilltop cottage": A charming wooden cabin in a secluded location on the hill, on a separate fenced area from our ground where only nature can be seen & heard. The brick fireplace invites you to a cozy campfire & can also be used for barbecuing, as well as the standing grill. ✨️Other highlights: giant trampoline, swings, camping possible, fresh eggs of our chickens, sun terrace, ..

Tiny House - Mühlviertel

Lovely Tiny House surrounded by greenery - an oasis of peace! The extensively equipped accommodation is an ideal base camp for "expeditions" into the Mühlviertel and Linz region. This apartment is an ideal base for excursions by car, motorcycle, bicycle, mountain bike - close to Linz (20 min. by car). Fast WLAN, parking, private access, open fireplace outside and cozy pellet stove inside, the existing swimming pond can be shared.

Small detached cottage with a large garden in a quiet single location on the edge of the forest - relax with the whole family in this peaceful accommodation. Local suppliers with all-round shopping even outside of opening hours just 2 km away! Parking space for campers in the driveway possible. Large fenced garden (1300m2) with possibility to grill or light campfire :)

Pond cottage with 2 fish ponds at the edge of the forest

Pond hut with kitchenette, dining area and wet room on the ground floor, further spacious covered terrace, barbecue area and play tower available. In the attic there is the sleeping area with private toilet. From the roof terrace, you have a wonderful view over the 2 connected fish ponds. Parking spaces for car, tents or camping mobile home available.

Apartment on Schaufler court

Schauflerhof is surrounded by nature. You can walk all over and enjoy it. We have playgrounds and other things. In the apartment, you have two bedrooms, a toilet with shower, a little kitchen and a sleeping couch. There is floor heat all over. So it is perfect when you want to be close to the nature and still have a normal bed and toilet.

Oasis of Silence

First of all, there is a lot of peace here. The house is in an isolated area, with car and pedestrian access, at a great distance from the national road. The swimming pool offers a unique atmosphere, and the garden is a good place to meditate in the fresh air with the sound of birds in the background.

Log cabin in nature

Nice cabin surrounded by nature. Attached is a small playground and campfire pit. Full kitchen and large lounge/dining room. Not far from the creek (~4km) for cozy bathing hours. There are many alpine pastures and cycling routes in the area. There is no shower available at this time.

Haven for loose thoughts

The cozy loft-like apartment is a separate housing unit in an old farmhouse. Equipped with kitchen, bathroom, double bed, sofa bed, dining area and desk, heated with a wood stove. Great for nature lovers, families and people looking for peace and relaxation.
