So Cute! So Fun! So close to everything! 1br/1ba

Nice 2BR/1Ba apartment right in the middle of West Monroe. These units are vintage, but spruced up, clean, and affordable. They are cozy and comfortable with Netflix, big screen TVs, and great internet. Our cleaning staff makes sure everything is sanitized. A perfect space for families, working folks, travel nurses, or anyone looking for a nice private safe place with a little room to spread out. Local and family owned. We want your business. So how often can you say you spent the night in a castle's turret? Enter our 1 bedroom bottom floor garden apartment through the tower at the base of the historic Layton Castle. Queen size bed, newly replaced oak wood floors, high ceilings, views of the garden...beautiful and peaceful, gated. Newly renovated with modern bathroom & kitchen. Washer & dryer, dishwasher. Cozy apartment

It has 2 bedrooms, each with Queen beds. Extra Queen inflatable mattress. 20 minutes to Sterlington sport complex, 8 minutes from the University of Louisiana en Monroe. Less than 3 minutes to the gas station, subway, dominos pizza, Sonic, grocery store, dollar tree and more. Steps to Louise Williams Library. Back yard for enjoying your coffee in the mornings. Parking in front of the apartment for 2 cars. Close to the airport for your comfortable return if traveling by plane.

The Private Resort Cottage

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. Featuring an outdoor kitchen, spa, pool, gardens, outdoor gym & more, you can relax in paradise in your own private & fully stocked cottage with 75in & 55in TV's. Our apologies. However, due to our desire to provide the best privacy, security & experience for all of our guests and neighbors, we do not allow parties of any kind. All our guests have access to the pool, so the pool is reserved only for booked guests.
