Villa Melina a 5 km dall'aeroporto di Palermo, e 150 metri dal mare. Immergiti nella magica atmosfera degli anni 70 con arredamento vintage e funzionale per un piacevole soggiorno. Grande giardino ombreggiato tipico mediterraneo. Spazi esterni attrezzati con arredi, doccia Al 1 piano, patio, cucina attrezzata con lavatrice, grande soggiorno, zona lavoro con scrivania, 2 camere da letto con armadi a muro. Un bagno con doccia/vasca . Tutti gli ambienti hanno pala al soffitto e aria condizionata.

Rilassati e ricaricati in quest'oasi di quiete ed eleganza. Villa con giardino a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di mondello. Casa composta da due stanze da letto letto molto comode fornite di aria condizionata ,un grande bagno e la cucina. Giardino con doccia esterna, vasca idromassaggio, sdraio per prendere il sole e tavolo esterno dove poter mangiare o studiare all'aria aperta. a circa 20 minuti di strada dall'aeroporto, a soli 15minuti in macchina dal centro di Palermo.
