Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the wooded and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you a holiday apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree about 500m in front of the Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 persons with a child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a seating area with TV, a separate work area with desk and Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels provided) is under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already on the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you for a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also outdoor cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike you can explore the nearby surroundings or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. On Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. The tram takes about 15 minutes to the old town of Köpenick, where you can visit the famous town hall of Köpenick with its ratchet cellar and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram) you can immerse yourself in the bustle of Berlin in just 30 minutes.

Pure relaxation on the pulse of Berlin. For many years we have been enjoying life on the water and it has always been our wish to bring this lifestyle closer to others. From this idea arose the idea of realizing this boat project. Our lovingly modernised ferry model year 1925 is located close to the city right in front of the Rummelsburger Bay. Feel at home in my cosy flat (40m2). One big room with a comfortable double bed 160x200cm. You have acces to kitchen and bathroom as well as terrace. The flat has its own entrance. Just 2 min away, there is a pretty lake. The house has parking place free of charge. A big Supermarket Netto is at the trainsstation where you can take a Regional Train to Berlin city centre twice an hour. The place is perfect for Nature Lovers, as there are many lakes in short distance around the area.

It isn't big, but has all the comforts to be without fancy. The cottage is charming but no designer tiny house, no standard furniture from Ikea. The center of Berlin and Potsdam are quickly reached. Private access, balcony with water view, terrace and garden around. Living room with kitchen, bathtub, bedroom and extra sleeping space for an extra charge on the sofa bed. We live next door, so never an access or key issue. We are on the wall path. Also pets are welcome.

Our place is close to Berlin-Brandenburg Airport. Tesla Gigafactory is about 20 minutes by car (16 km). There is a great lake view with immediate proximity to the forest. Our place is good for couples, business travelers, and families (with kids). The living space is 130 square meters. It is 1 km to the nearest supermarket and about 20 min. by car to the center of Berlin. Great connection to BVG. The center can be reached in about 45 min. by public transport.

This wonderful new 120 sqm attic/penthouse apartment with a sauna is in the Viktoriakiez (quiet location) - 2min walk to the S-Bahn station Nöldnerplatz and 5min walk to the Rummelsburger Bay on the water. The apartment is 1 S-Bahn stop from the trendy Ostkreuz and 2 stops from Warschauer Strasse. PS: I own an original 5 meter Riva boat from Italy. Thus, a private boat tour through Berlin can be booked at any time with me.

Beautiful 1-room apartment on the second floor with combined kitchen and living room and bathroom. Bright and cozy with views to the courtyard garden and street. Central at the Schäfersee, 2 min walk to the U8 Bahn Franz-Neumann-Platz. 10 min to Alexanderplatz and Mitte and 15 min to Kreuzberg by train. Very good connection by bus 128 to Tegel airport, especially good as Easyjet now also lands in Tegel and takes off :-)
