The house is located in Joyuda. House has the best of both worlds. One side has access to a beach and on the other side access to a dock. The depth of the water in front of the house is 4-5 feet. The width of the house is 28 feet long.

Quiet location with a fence around the whole property. Balcony in the front to enjoy the sunset. Close to all the amenities in the area: Playa Buye, Cabo Rojo lighthouse (el Faro), Boqueron, Joyuda's famous seafood restaurants, la Parguera bioluminescent bay in Lajas. The first floor will not have guests.
