Swimming pool with bar ,toilet,shower and small summer shop. (All on a private grounds.) I only accept adults. No children. Owner on site And I'm waiting for you to give you the keys and the beep. The Cannes Film Festival is just 10 minutes away from the dwelling . Free coffee in the morning.

Attention access from the parking lot to the chalet is sporty but if necessary we can help you with luggage with our motorized wheelbarrow! Meal/breakfast basket possible on request

We offer you this charming chalet of 20 m2 with a garden of 70 m2. sofa bed with 17cm thick mattress. It is located 1.3 kms from Boccacabana beach, 5 min by bike, 3 min by car. There are 2 muscle mountain bikes available. Bus 2 min away that brings you to Cannes in 15 min. We are 5 min from the ind area. This cottage is located in our property but you will not have any vis-à-vis us.
