Bright, spacious house, city of character.

Enjoy with your family this fabulous place that offers good times in perspective. Very bright, spacious and above all very quiet house,close to all shops and sports equipment (games park, municipal pool, velodrome, large park with body of water. House classified 3 stars on June 28, 2023 house 10 minutes from Saint-Brieuc and 25 to 30 minutes from the beaches by car. 15 min by car from Saint-Brieuc - SNCF station.
