Charming Flat, Quiet with Parking, 15min downtown

We have renovated our old Swiss farmhouse (dating back to 1870) to include a separate apartment! We’re very excited to share it with you! We are either 15 minutes (by direct bus - 8) or 10 minutes by car away from the LOVELY Lausanne! There is a grocery store 150m from our door, along with an adorable Boulangerie where everything is house made. A forest and small river are found just behind our house, making our flat the perfect retreat for nature lovers and city enthusiasts alike.

Our beautiful duplex apartment (right on the cross-country ski trails!) consists of 4.5 rooms (110 sqm) in the attic of a large chalet. The lower floor consists of a kitchen, a large living room and a toilet. The upper floor is located under the roof and consists of three bedrooms and a bathroom. On both floors, an optimally sunny large balcony with wonderful views of the village, on flower meadows and impressive mountains invites you to enjoy and relax.

Apt Roch is a fabulous holiday apt - located in a lovely quiet village yet only 5 minutes drive to the bustle of Morzine with its shops, restaurants and bars - the chalet is located on a no through road so very safe for children and dogs. Lots of amazing walks from the back door, a very sunny location with the terrace along the whole of the front of the apt. Ideal for families and groups of friends. both in the summer and winter months.
