Wolf Ridge Ski Resort 45 minutes. Aerial photo taken after construction & yard is mowed wild grass now. Enjoy the fire pit or relax on the front porch while grilling. Allows up to two dogs that are nondestructive and housebroken WiFi is 5GHz fiber optic and WFH capable.

The Doe Branch Cabin - Modern Mountain Retreat

The cabin is situated on 12 private acres in a remote corner of Madison County, surrounded by national forest, streams, and clear mountain air. The town of Marshall, an artistic enclave, is 25-30 minutes away, and downtown Asheville is a 45-50 minute drive. Hiking and rafting nearby.

Tranquil cozy farm cottage

Hurricane update: We are very fortunate not to have sustained any damage. The pictures give an accurate depiction of the area. We have electricity, water, internet and cell service. Set in a pretty garden, 75 yards from the road, it enjoys access to 50 acres and private walks. Enjoy birdsong and wildlife while relaxing on the deck. I created a passive solar tiny house, with tons of south facing windows & beautiful mountain views. It's located just 4 miles from downtown Marshall & it is about 20-25 mins. from both Asheville & Hot Springs. There are plenty of outdoor activities nearby which include horseback riding, rafting/paddling on the French Broad River, zip-lining, hiking (we have more details in the host guidebook).
