Casa do Por-do-Sol

Stone house, like all of them, with a rustic touch, but with a modern atmosphere and design, comfortable, romantic, with stunning landscapes. In front of the total view of the island of São Jorge and the canal, to hold your breath; a deckwith loungechairs and a stone barbecue. On its left side, the cutout of the bays of the parishes of São Roque, Praínha and Santo Amaro, crashing waves and birds; a sunset to fall in love with, absolutely to hold your breath, and that gave it its name. The kitchen, on this upper floor, is designed in open spacewith a dining and living room, glass from ceiling to floor on sliding doors that open the interior to the exterior.It should be noted that, taking into account that the two floors are connected by an interior staircase, it is not advisable for families with young children. Bearing in mind that Casa do Pôr do Sol is on a slope, it is not recommended for people with motor difficulties and small children. This house is part of a small family resort, within which is available the Magma restaurant, a grocery store, a yoga room and a heated swimming pool. Heavenly.

Lots of light, amazing view over the sea and where you can see the island of São Jorge in its fullness. First line of the Sea! View of the Pico mountain, the highest point in Portugal. Very comfortable house, we used island wood inside. A very good location between Madalena and São Roque and close to Airport. Well equipped kitchen. Relax, read, watch the sea, boats, and Mountain as well.
